Hi, I am Jac. I am a web developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience building web applications. I created White Screen Online to give people a reliable, free way to test and troubleshoot their monitors without downloading anything.

Why I Built This

Over the years, I have tested a lot of monitors for both personal use and client projects. And every time I needed a quick dead pixel check or a backlight bleed test, the tools available online were either too clunky, full of ads, or just did not work properly on all devices. I figured I could build something better, so I did.

White Screen Online started as a simple white screen tool and grew into a full suite of monitor testing utilities. I built every tool on this site from scratch, focusing on making them fast, lightweight, and usable on any screen size.

Tools I Have Built

Here is everything available on the site right now. Each tool is designed to solve a specific problem I have personally run into while working with displays:

• ●Dead Pixel Test for finding dead, stuck, or hot pixels on any monitor or phone screen.
• ●Dead Pixel Fixer that uses rapid color flashing to try and revive stuck pixels.
• ●Backlight Uniformity Test to check for IPS glow, backlight bleed, and screen clouding.
• ●Monitor Color Test with interactive patterns for gamma, contrast, and color temperature.
• ●Color Accuracy Test for checking sRGB reproduction and RGB purity on your display.
• ●Yellow Tint Tester to diagnose and fix screens that look yellowish or warm.
• ●Touch Screen Test for checking dead zones and multi-touch on phones and tablets.
• ●Screen Resolution Checker that shows your resolution, DPI, viewport size, and pixel ratio.

I also built some fun prank tools like the Hacker Typer, BSOD Simulator, DVD Screensaver, and Fake Windows Update. They are just for laughs, but people seem to really enjoy them.

How I Build

Everything on this site runs in the browser. I use modern web technologies to make sure the tools load fast, work on mobile, and do not need any plugins or installations. Performance matters to me, so I spend a lot of time optimizing page load speeds and making sure nothing feels sluggish.

Privacy and Trust

I do not collect your personal data. The tools run entirely on your device, nothing gets sent to a server. There are no sign-ups, no paywalls, and no hidden tracking scripts.
